Ed Sheeran’s Mind-Blowing Performance Leaves A-Listers Mesmerized in Exclusive Amagansett Gig!

Ed Sheeran’s SiriusXM show in Amagansett, New York, on Monday night attracted a constellation of stars. Notable attendees included Paul McCartney, Stella McCartney, Billy Joel, Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld, John Mayer, Howard Stern, Jon Bon Jovi, James Corden, David Zaslav from Warner Bros. Discovery, Robert Kraft, owner of the Patriots, Gwyneth Paltrow, Andy Cohen, Anjelica Huston, Michael J. Fox, Brooke Shields, and Dave Portnoy from Barstool Sports. The event took place at the Stephen Talkhouse, a renowned live music venue on Main Street, as reported by a source from The Hollywood Reporter who was present at the gathering.

The performance began at 7 p.m. with Sheeran gracing the stage within a tented structure adjacent to the popular venue. This followed an introduction by Scott Greenstein, the President and Chief Content Officer of SiriusXM. The concert, which had been announced less than a month prior, was advertised as an exclusive show for SiriusXM subscribers and fans.

In a press release dated July 20, Greenstein expressed his excitement about Ed Sheeran’s participation: “We couldn’t be more excited that Ed Sheeran, one of the top artists in the world, will step away from his tour playing stadiums to present an intimate show for SiriusXM at Stephen Talkhouse, a truly iconic venue. This will be a one-of-a-kind experience for the lucky fans in attendance and to our listeners nationwide.”

Previous headliners for this event have included Brandi Carlile, Coldplay, Dave Matthews, The Killers, and Mumford & Sons. Sheeran’s performance featured a lineup of his popular tracks, including “Thinking Out Loud,” “Shape of You,” “Castle on the Hill,” “Don’t,” “You Need Me, I Don’t Need You,” “Bad Habits,” and select songs from his new album “Subtract,” such as “Eyes Closed.”

The VIP section was abuzz with activity, as McCartney was seen grooving to the music and Corden belted out the lyrics to Sheeran’s hit songs. Adding to the experience, attendees enjoyed slices of pizza provided by the recently established Fini Pizza, a celebrity-frequented pizzeria on Main Street that took over the space previously occupied by Astro’s Pizza earlier in the summer.

As the event concluded, Sheeran extended his gratitude to Stephen Talkhouse for hosting the show and to all those who attended. He expressed appreciation for Sirius XM’s consistent support throughout his career, from the very beginning.

The concert is scheduled to be broadcasted on SiriusXM’s The Ed Sheeran Channel on August 16 and will be replayed multiple times during the week. The Sheeran channel will be available on the SXM App and on channel 104 from August 15 to 21. Additionally, SiriusXM Hits 1 will stream the show on September 1, and it will also be accessible on the SXM App.
